Terms and Conditions
- Fees are required to be paid monthly in advance by standing order. Failure to make payment by due date will result in a £30.00 late payment surcharge and may result in loss of the child’s nursery place. Legal action will be taken for any fees outstanding.
- Parents will be informed in writing of any changes to fees and supplied with a new standing order mandate. The onus is then on the parent to submit the new mandate to their bank and cancel the previous one. If the parent does not change their standing order and continually overpays, after 3 months refunds will no longer be issued as this unnecessarily increases our admin costs.
- All holidays and absence from the nursery must be paid for.
- Parents / guardians are required to give one full months notice in writing when withdrawing their child from the nursery or when changing their attendance pattern. The payment for this period must also be paid in full.
- Hot lunches are provided for a nominal cost, however parents / guardians have the option to provide their child with a cold packed lunch. We cannot reheat cooked food.
- The nursery will not be held responsible for the loss or damage of property left on the premises.
- Children will only be allowed to be uplifted by adults over 16 who are required to disclose to the staff the child’s specified password.
- Parents are requested not to bring children to the nursery if they have contagious infections, diarrhoea, conjunctivitis or head lice.
All parents/guardians considering using Tiny Tots Nursery are encouraged to call to make an appointment to view our facilities whereby they can arrange a settling in period for their child/children and fill in the required application form.
