Terms and Conditions

1. Fees are required to be paid monthly in advance by direct debit. (Failure of payment will result in loss of child’s nursery place.)

2. All holidays and absence from the nursery must be paid for.

3. Parents / guardians are required to give one full months notice in writing when withdrawing their child from the nursery or when changing their attendance pattern. The payment for this period must also be paid in full.

4. Packed lunches must be provided by parents / guardians (this can include food to be heated in the microwave.)

5. The nursery will not be held responsible for the loss or damage of property left on the premises.

6. Children will only be allowed to be uplifted by adults over 16 who are required to disclose to the staff the child’s specified password.

7. Parents are requested not to bring children to nursery if they have contagious infections, diarrhoea, conjunctivitis and head lice.
