| We can accommodate up to 95
children ranging from 8 weeks to 5 years. At present we have 24
members of staff and are committed to their ongoing training and
development. We were recognised with the Investors In People award
in January 2004.
We are in partnership with North Lanarkshire Council and offer
funded places for 3-5 year olds.
We operate a key worker system whereby
a qualified staff member is assigned the task of assessing the
child’s development and this member of staff would report
to the parent at the six monthly parent’s meeting. On a
daily basis we keep the parents informed about their children
using a daily diary. We also produce a bi-monthly newsletter
keeping parent’s informed of developments within the nursery.
